Working Principle:
It adopts blade cutting, high-speed airflow impact and collision dual crushing functions in one, and can complete the micro-material sorting process at the same time. During the cutting and crushing process of the blade, the rotor generates a high-speed airflow, which rotates with the cutting direction of the blade, and the material is accelerated in the airflow, and repeated impact causes the material to be double crushed at the same time, which accelerates the crushing rate of the material.
It is mainly composed of organic shell, bearing, screen, transmission wheel and trough frame. All materials are cast from manganese steel. The wood shredder is composed of a body, a middle body and a lower body. The middle body is equipped with a triple stator ring, a crushing cutter and a fineness analyzer. The main machine adopts alloy cutter head. It has a high degree of wear resistance, which also improves production. The rotor of the crusher is driven by the motor to run at a high speed, so that the high-speed airflow generated by the machine produces high-strength impact force, compression force, and cutting force on the crushed material, and achieves a unique crushing function.
