Canada Silver Cobalt Resumes Drilling at Its EV Battery Metals Graal Property in Northern Quebec

Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. (TSXV: CCW) (OTCQB: CCWOF) (FSE: 4T9B) (the "Company" or "Canada Silver Cobalt") is pleased to announce that it has commenced a follow-up drill program at its Graal nickel-copper-cobalt property in the Lac St-Jean region of Quebec.

The minimum 5,000m drill program aims at testing the geophysical anomalies characterized by high conductance that were highlighted during a recent FL-TDEM geophysical survey (See news release April 19, 2022). The objective is to verify the continuity and the extent of the nickel-copper-cobalt mineralization and search for the zones with increased thickness. Laurentia Exploration Services is conducting the drill program.

Previous diamond drilling along with geophysical surveys at Graal identified several disseminated to massive sulphide zones with varying thickness up to 13.1m containing significant grades of nickel and copper and in addition lesser amounts of cobalt, platinum, and palladium. Drilling was paused earlier this year to allow for the reception of pending assay data and completion of the geophysical survey (See news release April 4, 2022).

"Our geological team is quite excited to resume drilling at Graal. Almost every drill hole so far has encountered disseminated to massive sulphides with strong nickel, copper, and cobalt mineralization. What we have already discovered at the property suggests that it has the potential to become an important part of the North American battery metals supply corridor. The current drill program will give particular attention to the geophysical survey's discovery of a large 1.7km by 850m anomaly characterized by high conductance which we will be testing with the drill bit," stated Matt Halliday, President, COO and VP Exploration.

In addition to the drilling, the Company is pleased to announce that it has engaged Archeo-Mamu under the direction of Jean-Simon Labbé to complete a field investigation on the property after a desktop study identified potential zones which could have the presence of artefacts. The Company will be pleased to provide the results of this independent investigation to the Pessamit Innu Council and other government entities at request.

At Graal, the geophysical survey program identified 9,475m of drilling targets in two levels of priority where an initial 5,070m were identified as a first priority, as indicated in the map and chart below. The initial drilling will focus on near-surface mineralization. The larger target indicated by the geophysical survey will be drilled at a later stage.

A notable highlight of recent drilling on the property is the discovery in the Castle East Robinson Zone of massive native silver grades of up to 89,853 silver (2,621 oz/ton) over 0.3 meters, with intercepts also showing cobalt grades up to 2.2% Co. Further drilling has greatly expanded the potential scale of the discovery.

On May 28, 2020, the company announced a sizeable Maiden Inferred Resource estimate of 7.6 million ounces of high-grade silver grading an extraordinary 8,582 g/t (250.2 oz/ton) silver the highest grade silver resource in the world. The company plans to upwardly revise this resource estimate in Q1 2022 based on the 60,000-meter drill program underway and the discovery of seven new high-grade silver veins since the initial resource estimate (which was based on only one vein).

As of the end of January 2022, 55,000 meters of the drill program had been completed and additional drilling is underway, with results pending. The Robinson Zone is 1.5 km east of the Castle Mine's adit and two of its previous mine shafts when it was a past producer in the 1900s. The company intends to restart the mine and is proceeding with various work including permitting towards that goal.

Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (TSX:AEM) operated the Castle mine in the 1980s when it was considered to be the highest-grade silver mine in the camp with an average mining grade of 26 ounces per ton silver. In its history, the mine produced 9.6 million oz silver and 300,000 lbs of cobalt as a by-product.

CCW is in a good position to take high-grade ore and process it into silver bars at TTL. In its initial years in the Cobalt Camp, Agnico Eagle processed high-grade silver ore at the TTL bulk facility and poured 1.6 million oz of silver annually into bars using TTL's bullion furnace. Other companies also produced another 1 million oz silver per year.

Also in the works at CCW is the design, planning and permitting for a ramp going down to the extremely high-grade silver discovery in the Robinson Zone at Castle East at about the 500 meter level.

The ramp would provide two extremely important benefits: 1) it would provide the company a way to extract the very high-grade silver to process at TTL into silver bars and the revenue generation from that would be considerable and would help pay for the ramp; and 2) the ramp would actually be an important exploration tool since it would likely intercept vein systems as it cut through the rock and drill pods could be established in key locations to permit underground horizonal-fan drilling for exploration at a much lower cost than drilling from the surface.

The Castle mine has fully-permitted access for its underground workings, providing the company with a significant advantage when it comes to putting the mine back into production. CCW has used its adit access for underground drilling and bulk sampling on Level 1 in preparation to resume mining.

Underground drilling on Level 1 at Castle recently discovered an exceptionally high-grade silver-cobalt vein structure. Initial drill results include seven meters grading 2.28 percent cobalt, 261 g/t silver and 1.65 percent nickel, 2.54 meters grading 1.87 percent cobalt, 4,763 g/t silver, 1.29 percent nickel and 1.19 g/t gold and 0.60 meters grading 3.16 percent cobalt and 10,741 g/t silver.

In a surprising development, high-grade gold of up to 22.7 g/t was unexpectedly discovered – along with high-grade cobalt, silver and nickel – in underground drilling on Level 1 in late 2019 (results announced on January 3, 2020).

In addition to the company's exploration efforts, CCW is working on obtaining an amendment to its existing advanced exploration permit so the company can move ahead with its proposed tailings program. Recent testing of material from the Castle mine's historical tailings pond has returned a calculated head assay of 459 g/t silver and produced a high-purity flotation concentrate grading 18,486 g/t silver with an initial recovery of 70 percent.

The company's on-site proprietary gravity separation pilot plant has produced an 8.25 percent cobalt concentrate from a waste pile left by previous operators. Head grades of the material from the waste pile tested graded 0.390 percent cobalt and 1,905 g/t silver.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works is led by Chairman and CEO Frank Basa, who has over 30 years of global experience in mining and development as a professional hydro-metallurgical engineer with expertise in milling, gravity concentration, flotation, leaching and refining of silver, cobalt, gold and other metals. The battery industry has specific criteria that needs to be met in terms of its materials. For lithium-ion batteries it is necessary for companies to produce a 20 percent cobalt sulfate with limited arsenic. Canada Silver Cobalt Works has been able to demonstrate that its Re-2OX process is capable of producing a battery-grade 22.6 percent cobalt sulfate meeting these industry specifications.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works' portfolio also includes the Beaver and Violet silver-cobalt projects, both past-producers in the Cobalt camp.

The 78 square-kilometer Castle cobalt-silver project is located in the historic Gowganda mining camp, 85 kilometers northwest of Cobalt, Ontario. The camp was responsible for more than 50 million ounces of high-grade silver production in the 1900s. Infrastructure on and near the property includes year-round access to roads, water, diesel power, three shafts and an adit.

Two geological trends have been identified on the property including a north-south trending Nipissing diabase intrusive, which is the typical host rock for silver-cobalt-nickel deposits in the area, and a potential gold trend along the Bloom Lake fault.

The project hosts the historical Castle mine, a former silver-cobalt mine that has reportedly produced 300,000 pounds of cobalt and 9.5 million ounces of silver. Historic underground ore grades averaged 25 ounces per tonne silver between 1923 and 1930 and 26 ounces per tonne silver between 1979 and 1989. The Castle mine's previous owner, Agnico Eagle, ceased production in 1989 due to low silver prices (in the range of US$6 per ounce).

The Cobalt camp is primarily comprised of cobalt veins that contain varying amounts of silver. In the past, miners focused on veins that contained high-grade silver and ignored the low-grade silver veins even though they contained high-grade cobalt. Cobalt was not considered important at the time and routine drill core assays only focused on silver content.

Despite the past-production at Castle, the property remains largely underexplored and may host several significant high-grade underground cobalt and silver deposits.

The previously discovered 800-meter Castle Golden Corridor zone is located about 1.7 kilometers from the Castle #3 shaft and has a geological setting similar to the past-producing Kirkland Lake deposit (40 million ounces of gold) located 75 kilometers to the northeast. The zone is highly prospective for high-grade hydrothermal-related gold systems with copper. The zone has been drilled to a depth of 300 meters.

Channel sampling work conducted at the Castle Golden Corridor zone in 2014 returned 2.2 meters grading 2.24 g/t gold and copper values as high as 1.03 percent. Canada Silver Cobalt Works has also identified a 725-meter-long, east to west-trending IP anomaly with an associated chargeability halo in this area.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works is the only company in the Cobalt camp to have fully-permitted underground access via an adit. This allows for easy entry into the mine for extracting bulk samples and exploratory drilling to target new discoveries. Access to the underground workings also speeds up the time to production as CCW won't have to spend time establishing the mine adits. Drilling from underground can also be less costly and provides greater probability of success. CCW has mapped previously discovered veins using its extensive database which contains all of the past drilling and mine workings from the early 1900s.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, Canada Silver Cobalt Works conducted underground drilling at the Castle mine. Twenty-five percent of the assayed holes returned high-grade intercepts of 1.77 meters grading 1.05 percent to 3.7 percent cobalt. Additional drilling highlights include:

Management is working towards the eventual construction of a state-of-the-art 600 tonne per day gravity flotation cyanidation mill at Castle or nearby.

An on-site pilot plant has produced an 8.25 percent cobalt concentrate from waste material. Head grades from the waste pile left behind by previous operators tested 0.390 percent cobalt and 1,905 g/t silver.

With the goal of realizing the company's vision of becoming a vertically-integrated leader in North America, Canada Silver Cobalt Works has acquired Temiskaming Testing Labs (formerly PolyMet Labs), an ISO-certified lab facility with mineral and precious metals processing located in Cobalt, Ontario.

The 23,000-square-foot facility provides bullion pouring, bulk sampling, commercial assaying and e-waste processing services to the numerous mining operations in the area. The facility is also capable of processing mixed computer boards through its shredder and ball mill to recover precious and base metals.

The building is located near the company's Castle and Beaver mines and will host Canada Silver Cobalt Works' headquarters and proprietary Re-2OX process.

The company has poured three 300-ounce silver bars in a proof-of-concept test at the facility. The test was able to prove that the Castle mine has the potential to produce silver as well as cobalt from the underground and surface waste material and tailings. The pilot plant at the Castle mine separated leaf silver and created a silver gravity concentrate from mineralized waste material. The concentrate and silver leaf were smelted at the lab before forming the bars.

CCW was also able to recover cobalt from the same mineralized waste material using its Re-2OX process. The recovered materials were then sent to SGS Lakefield to produce a cobalt sulfate.

The Re-2OX hydrometallurgical process is designed to recover multiple metals and elements from all types of feedstocks with varying chemistries. The process was developed by Canada Silver Cobalt Works CEO Frank Basa in conjunction with the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), Canada's premier scientific research organization.

To date, Canada Silver Cobalt Works has produced a cobalt sulfate in the lab and is working on developing other products for potential customers that utilizes the Re-2OX process. To this aim, the company has been conducting advanced-stage testing on the process with SGS Lakefield to determine the viability of recycling spent lithium-ion batteries. Canada Silver Cobalt Works believes that the Re-2OX process can help fulfill the demand for ethically-sourced cobalt, creating compelling opportunities in the battery and renewable energy sectors.

In May 2018, Canada Silver Cobalt Works announced that the Re-2OX process had successfully recovered 99 percent cobalt and 81 percent nickel from a composite of gravity concentrates. The process was also successful in removing 99 percent of arsenic, placing the company in a competitive position as battery manufacturers prefer to use cobalt with low arsenic contents.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works also owns two other highly-prospective properties in the Cobalt mining camp: the Beaver and Violet mines.

The Beaver silver-cobalt project is located in Ontario's historic Cobalt mining camp, adjacent to the former Timiskaming silver mine and approximately 80 kilometers southeast of the past-producing Castle mine. The project itself includes a former producer, the Beaver mine, which produced 7.1 million ounces of silver and 139,472 pounds of cobalt from 1907 to 1940.

High-grade mineralization has been repeatedly confirmed at Beaver. In 2017, selected hand-cobbed sample material at surface averaged 4.68 percent cobalt, 46.9 g/t silver, 3.09 percent nickel, 46.9 g/t silver and 0.08 g/t gold.

This follows sampling of historical waste rock and tailings at Beaver in 2013 that returned 7.98 percent cobalt, 3.98 percent nickel and 1,246 g/t silver.

Canada Silver Cobalt Works also holds the formerly producing Violet silver-cobalt mine located near the Beaver property in the Cobalt mining camp.

Frank Basa has over 28 years' global experience in mining and development as a professional hydro-metallurgical engineer with expertise in milling, gravity concentration, flotation, leaching and refining of silver, cobalt, gold and other metals. (TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF) (Frankfurt: 4T9B) (the "Company" or "Canada Silver Cobalt") announces that it has recently completed a drone magnetic geophysical survey and has entered Phase 1 of its 2022 exploration plan for the Eby-Otto gold property near the town of Kirkland Lake.

The Company has outlined the planned three exploration phases at the property as follows:

Phase 1: The first phase will consist of an initial site assessment to determine the logistics of future operations and will provide the Company time to receive any pending surface exploration work permits that will be necessary.  Surveying will be completed for key Standard Iron Bars (SIB), legacy claim posts, and access points to refresh select existing cut line grids. An overall geological assessment will be completed based on field work consisting of geological mapping, stripping key outcrops, and possibly further MMI geochemical or targeted and detailed ground geophysics if the technical team deems it necessary.

As part of Phase 1, the Company has recently concluded a drone magnetic survey on the entire claim package conducted by EarthEx Geophysical Solutions Inc. The DroneMag system they use provides an extremely high-resolution end-product and uses a proprietary automatic obstacle avoidance system which provides a smooth flight path to drape over taller trees and avoid obstacles. This allows the drone to fly as low as possible to achieve the highest possible resolution. It uses a proprietary navigation system that allows for longer range RTK (real-time kinematic) controlled autonomy which results in high quality, clean magnetic imagery. The survey was completed at a 25m line spacing which should allow for smaller structures, such as vein systems, to be resolved and visible.

Phase 2: The second phase of exploration will be based on the results from Phase 1 and will expand to include diamond drilling to intercept specific regional structures based on the initial geophysical data provided by the drone magnetic survey, historic geological data, regional geophysics, geological mapping, and existing electromagnetic (EM) surveys completed by geologist Doug Robinson prior to the Company's acquisition of the property.

Phase 3: The third phase of exploration will expand on the drilling and field work outlined in Phase 2. Once the 3D inversion of the drone mag survey is received and the data has been interpreted, the technical team will correlate this data with known mineralization that has been identified via field work to better refine the targets, and adjust the exploration accordingly.

The Company now has option agreements on contiguous properties covering 1,000 ha at Eby-Otto and the area, importantly, includes approximately 5km of strike length along the Eby-Otto Fault and along a major alteration trend (OGS OFR 6184). The property is within the Kirkland Lake gold district in northeastern Ontario and is located within 5km of Agnico-Eagle's producing, high-grade Macassa Gold Mine.

Giyani Metals Corp. (TSXV:EMM, GR:A2DUU8) (" Giyani " or the " Company "), developer of the K.Hill battery grade manganese project in Botswana (" K.Hill Battery Manganese Project " or " K.Hill "), is pleased to provide an update on its demonstration plant (" Demo Plant ").

Further to the order of a first crystallizer unit, announced on March 30, 2022, the Company secured an option to order a second crystallizer and evaporator for the Demo Plant (" Second Unit "). Following detailed engineering discussions with its specialist hydrometallurgical consultants, the Company has exercised its option and secured the order for the Second Unit.

The Second Unit will allow the Demo Plant to operate as a continuous production process using various feed conditions. The combined crystallization units will give the Demo Plant a capacity of up to 600 kg per day of dry HPMSM crystals, depending on the manganese grade of the ore feed, which can be sent to potential offtakers for product qualification.

Since the order of the first crystallizer, engineering has started and remains on track and key long lead items have been procured. Signing of the construction contract for the Demo Plant is currently anticipated in the coming weeks, with first samples of HPMSM shipped to potential offtakers in 2023.

Highlights since the Company's previous development update on May 11, 2022:

Global Energy Metals reported encouraging visual observations with copper oxide and/or sulphides noted in all holes and mineralization noted in all host rocks. Moreover, chalcopyrite and cobaltite have been observed within broad alteration halos not within the current resource envelope.

Phase 2 of the reverse circulation drill program in the North resource area, along with metallurgical and deeper diamond drilling in the South and Central resource areas, is scheduled mid June for approximately 1,600 metres. Metallurgical and deeper diamond drilling work is the first priority of the drill program, which will then expand into the northern parts of the Central resource area and some scoping of the Northern resource area. All drilling assay results are expected by late September, with metallurgical test work planned following the completion of Phase 2 drilling.

Results to date from Phase 1 drilling at North Aubry suggest continuous mineralization to depth and both the northern and down-dip extents of the pegmatite are open to further expansion. As a result of the Phase 1 drilling success at North Aubry, Green Technology Metals has commenced further step-out drilling to test the on-strike and down-dip potential of the pegmatites. Logging from these holes demonstrates host pegmatites occur a substantial distance down-dip from the nearest previous pegmatite intercept.

All announced results from the Phase 1 program are planned to be incorporated in an updated Mineral Resource estimate for Seymour Lake, which remains on track for completion during Q2 2022. Observations from the current, ongoing drill program indicate substantial potential upside to the Seymour Lake Mineral Resource estimate.

Phase 2 (Central Aubry zone) and Phase 3 (Pye prospect) diamond drilling at Seymour Lake are underway. There is currently no Mineral Resource estimate at either the Central Aubry zone or Pye prospect, with the existing Seymour Lake Mineral Resource estimate comprised solely of the North and South Aubry deposits. At Central Aubry, seven holes have been completed to date for approximately 1,292 metres. At the Pye prospect (located approximately 1 km east of the Aubry complex), six holes have been completed to date for approximately 1,383 metres. Results from the first five holes at Central Aubry and Pye did not include significant lithium intercepts. Initial drilling at Pye identified lithium-cesium-tantalum type pegmatites with geological continuity of over 250 metres and remains a target for further exploration. Drilling will continue at Pye and Central Aubry once the ground conditions improve sufficiently to allow rig movements.

Nevada Silver Corporation ("NSC" or the "Company") (TSXV: NSC) (OTCQB: NVDSF) is pleased to announce that it has received results and evaluation of the recently completed Induced Polarization (IP) and Resistivity survey at the Company's 100% owned Belmont Silver Project in Nevada, USA

This survey is the first significant exploration to be undertaken at the Belmont Silver Project in over a century and has identified a large "elephant"-shaped anomalywith multiple untested targets of potential sulphide mineralization that will be drill-tested in the coming weeks (Figure 1).

The pole-dipole IP/Resistivity geophysical survey was completed across the abandoned Belmont silver mining camp, located 15 kilometers south of the Company's Corcoran Silver-Gold deposit and 72 kilometers northeast of Tonopah in central Nevada. The survey was undertaken to identify drill targets in zones of alteration, quartz veins/silicification and sulphides associated with silver mineralization beneath and along-trend from the historic silver mines (Figure 2). A number of extremely interesting resistivity and IP responses that indicate sulphide-rich drill targets have been identified for drill testing.

The study defined both IP responses and zones of high resistivity which appear to be due to both stratigraphic and structurally controlled features. The strongest IP responses are associated with carbonaceous sediments and graphite along crosscutting structures, and many are interpreted to be structurally controlled alteration features that have been identified at surface during recent detailed surface mapping. Associated resistivity highs are related to vein-filled structures and pervasive silicified/pyritic zones that include both vertical and flat-lying structures as well as lithology contacts.

Twenty-four resistivity targets and related chargeability anomalies all indicate sulphide-rich accumulations in the vicinity of veins and from these six high priority targets have been selected for initial drill testing (Figure 2)

Section data was prepared for each line traverse and Figure 3 (chargeability) and Figure 4 (resistivity) illustrate processed data sections for the northern line (IP LINE 1) which trends along 4270500N (Figure 2). Notably, there are similar and important drill targets on all seven of the traverses.

The high chargeability responses in Figure 3 are coincident with high-resistivity features in Figure 4 and indicate the occurrence of significant sulphide at targets T1, T2, T3, and T4. Similar sulphide targets have been located on all of the lines.

Twenty-four (24) targets have been selected as zones of high-resistivity with coincident or adjacent high-chargeability (interpreted to be sulphide-enriched) and five significant IP targets were also identified. NSC has prioritized these targets based on detailed surface mapping and has initially chosen six for drill testing in July (Figure 2).

The Belmont Silver Project covers the majority of old silver workings of the Belmont Silver mining camp near the historic Belmont ‘ghost' town (Figures 5 and 6).

Belmont is among the earliest and richest silver mining camps in the Tonopah district with an estimated ore head-grade averaging 25 ounces per ton of silver. Historical accounts describe numerous prospect pits and mine openings of shallow, underground workings with the richest ore above the water table where silver occurred mostly as silver chloride (cerargyrite). Silver-bearing sulphides together with copper, molybdenum, lead, zinc, and antimony minerals were reported at depth.

During the camp's silver-mining heyday between 1865 and 1889 Belmont's population was about 10,000 and the town was the seat of Nye County government. Two main vein systems were mined. The eastern veins (Highbridge and Transylvania ledges) were hosted in slate and limestone and dip easterly at 40-50 degrees. High-grade mineralization was reported adjacent to hanging walls of massive quartz veins and was generally conformable with strata of Ordovician shale, quartzite, and limestone. There appears to have been negligible exploration during recent decades despite high-grade silver samples (up to 5,000 g/t silver) collected from remnant dumps during a surface geochemical study by the US Geological Survey in 1985.

The seven lines of pole-dipole IP/resistivity survey were completed by Rock Bottom Geophysics (RBG) during April and May 2022. A 50-meter a-spacing was used and n-spacing's of one through ten were recorded. The line direction of 90/270 was based on geologic trend and lines are spaced at 200-meter intervals (Figure 2).

RBG provided the data as ascii station location (XYZ), Elrec Pro (bin), Pseudo-sections (N level and Topo base) and as 2D Inversion Models (including XYZ ) files. The data was forwarded to Thomas V Weis and Associates Inc. for reprocessing of inversion sections to enhance subtler IP and resistivity inversion responses. A number of filters were evaluated but the ‘Tilt Angle Filter' was selected as the most useful and geophysical exploration targets were identified from section plots by Tom Weis.

Further to the press release of March 24, 2022, the Company wishes to advise that Summa, LLC ("Summa") and the Company have agreed to amend the option and purchase agreement dated February 11, 2022 (the "Agreement") to remove the option of Summa to accept common shares of the Company in lieu of cash payments on the second through fourth anniversary dates of the Agreement. Cypress Development Corp. (TSXV: CYP) (OTCQX: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z1) ("Cypress" or "the Company") is pleased to provide an update on the progress of the ongoing Feasibility Study for the Company's Clayton Valley Lithium Project, in Nevada, USA . The Feasibility Study is under the direction of Wood PLC ("Wood") and Global Resource Engineering ("GRE") and all related work is proceeding well, and it remains on track for completion in late 2022.

Wood personnel conducted on-site visits in supervising the collection of geotechnical data for the foundation design of the Company's processing plant site and tailings storage facility. The samples collected for Wood's geotechnical program were shipped to materials testing laboratories, and additional on-site work is planned in the next month.

GRE personnel conducted site visits in preparation to work on the Project's resources and reserves. GRE personnel supervised the collection of a suite of large-diameter core samples for assay and geotechnical testing, which will provide further information for GRE's work on the mine design.

Testing continues at Cypress' Pilot Plant in Amargosa Valley , 100 miles southeast of the Clayton Valley Lithium Project site. The Pilot Plant is now working in its 12 th cycle of continuous 24-hr per day testing. The tests are ongoing to examine efficiencies in processing, testing various configurations in equipment and operating conditions, and the plant continues to produce concentrated lithium solutions for use in downstream product testing.

Wood's process engineering team is working with Continental Metallurgical Services and the data from the Pilot Plant, to develop mass balance and equipment sizing. Wood's engineers are also working on the overall project infrastructure, including selection and design of access roads, plant equipment, power, and water supplies.

To support continued testing, a 500-tonne sample of claystone was excavated in late April from an engineered test-pit and transported to the Company's operations headquarters at the Tonopah airport, where it will be crushed, screened, and bagged in preparation for treatment at the Company's Pilot Plant. The sample was collected near DCH-1, and in the vicinity of the planned starter-pit for mining in the Feasibility Study.

The size of the bulk sample may be larger than necessary for the Pilot Plant to provide adequate information for the Feasibility Study" said President and CEO Bill Willoughby . "This sample, however, allows us to examine lithium grade and other properties in the claystone over a larger volume. It also ensures we have material on hand, should we need it, for future tests or continued operations."

Cypress is continuing to log and sample core from a sonic drill program which commenced and was completed in May. The purpose of the drill program was to obtain large-diameter (6-inch) continuous core. Eight locations were selected for metallurgical, geotechnical, lithological purposes. Each hole yielded 1.9 to 2.3 tonnes of claystone which will be used in metallurgical testing at the Company's Pilot Plant to examine if there are any variations in performance due to depth, location, or material type in the deposit.

Four of the holes (CSV-1 through CVS-4) were completed in the central portion of the project in the vicinity of the proposed starter-pit and the 500-tonne bulk sample.  Four other holes (CVS-5 through CVS-8) were completed in the northeast portion of the project on and near the parcel of property recently acquired from Enertopia Corporation ("Enertopia"). In addition to providing metallurgical sample material, these latter four holes will provide confirmation of the data from Enertopia's previous drilling.

The recent addition of land acquired from Enertopia (see news release dated May 5, 2022 ) resulted in the addition of five core holes which were drilled by Enertopia in 2018. This property comprises 17 unpatented mining claims totaling 160 contiguous acres immediately adjacent to Cypress's Project. A March 2020 NI 43-101 compliant technical report (published by Enertopia) on the property shows an Indicated resource of 82 million tonnes (mt) of 1,121 parts per million (ppm) Li and an Inferred resource of 18 mt of 1,131 ppm Li using a cutoff grade of 400 ppm Li. Cypress has not independently confirmed the resource indicated in the March 2020 NI 43-101 report.

All data received from the property acquisition has been incorporated into the project database and is expected to be used by GRE to generate the resource and reserve estimates and develop the mine plan for the Feasibility Study
