This is where the Tuytel Group is located. Since 1999, it has been renting out heavy construction machinery and providing transportation solutions and recycling machines in the Netherlands and throughout Europe. In terms of machines for processing waste wood, the company relies on Lindner's powerful solutions, provided and supported by Dutch sales partner Van der Spek Vianen BV

At the beginning of 2020, a system solution consisting of Urraco 95DK paper shredder and Zeta Star 95DK star screen was added to a fleet, which has long used two mobile dual-shaft shredders of the Urraco 75 series. 'As a heavy equipment rental company, we pay special attention to high-quality machines from top European brands. We must provide our customers with solutions with the highest reliability and lowest maintenance costs,” explains Jan Arie van der Meijden, who is in charge of the Tuytel Group’s recycling department. He added: “When purchasing new waste wood processing solutions, we look at Different technical equipment on the market. Finally we returned to Lindner. Our experience with two Urracos is great, but the sturdy welding and cutting system and precise output size are the decisive factors. The crushing device has a throughput of approximately 65 metric tons per hour and can withstand high loads. We don't want our customers to have to re-tighten or even change tools every 80 hours. The Urraco 95DK shredder can easily run for 600 to 700 hours without intervention, and the output is clean and there is no obvious abnormality.

Tuytel processes Dutch A, B and C grade waste wood, but mainly processes B type waste wood, that is, waste wood that is not contaminated by wood preservatives or organic halogen substances. The company provides its customers with Urraco 95DK as a single-step processing solution for processing 90% of particle sizes <180 mm. The machine is equipped with Lindner's patented LW cutting system, which is specially developed for waste wood processing. In addition, according to ISO standard 17225-1, by using Lindner's Zeta Star 95DK star screen, it is possible to produce finer parts up to P100 particle size. Tuytel also offers the option of renting machines with operators. Most of the processed waste wood is transported and ultimately used for energy recovery. 'In addition to the precisely defined output, it is very important for our customers that the rented solution can also operate with high productivity. This is the important advantage that our Lindner machine offers us with its easy operation and very long maintenance intervals. This means that the operator can focus on feeding the machine while the shredder takes care of the rest," van der Meijden concludes.
